Resort Condominium Interchange - RCI

The Resort Condominium Interchange was pioneered in 1974 with the concept of exchanging vacations between owners of condominium. It has developed and grown into the tourist industry providing an exchange service world wide with the member resorts which totals about 4,000.
If you have bought a Vacation Ownership that allows you to deposit your ownership points into the exchange programme of RCI, then you will have a choice world wide of many different resorts in lands you probably dreamed of vacationing in.

Tip
If you decide to vacation with RCI then you have to transfer the amount of points you need from your Ownership Program.

Fee
There is a fee for transferring your vacation points over to RCI which is about $80. Also ask if the resort you want to book with has any additional fees for the stay. Most do not but some have a minimum daily charge so it is worth asking this before making a booking just to have all information at hand.

Interval International - II

Interval International is also a major exchange company. Based in Miami Florida it has been providing an exchange service for over 30 years. Interval International has a network of over 2,500 resorts in over 75 nations. If you buy a vacation ownership it can be that II will be the exchange service that your membership will be offering you. You will be able to use your points and transfer them over with a fee into Interval International.

If you decide to vacation with Interval International then you will have to transfer the amount of points needed from you ownership programme.
